Our mission is to develop an innovative talent development ecosystem to sustain a thriving community of business and job seekers. Our vision is North Florida will be home to a skilled workforce and vibrant economy.
North Florida Workforce Development Board, Inc., a private non-profit organization, brings together businesses, elected officials, educators and other collaborative partners to build and enhance a workforce to meet the needs of a demand driven economy. Supported by federal funds, NFWDB is affiliated with CareerSource Florida and FloridaCommerce.
With a focus on economic development, business, and workforce needs specific to our region, we rely on our board, committees and council members to establish successful programs and initiatives. This site is intended to be a resource for our board members, partners and others interested in learning more about local workforce services.

A member serves 2-year terms for no more than 4 consecutive terms. Officers serve 3-year terms.
